Positive: Good location with beautiful mountain views. The spring weather was very pleasant. The room was basic, more like a 2–3 star standard, but overall fine for a short stay

Negative: The location and scenery were nice, but I felt the staff could be more welcoming and attentive. Service was quite slow, and it didn’t feel very comfortable overall. The food was disappointing, often served cold and not very tasty

Positive: I love the views of the place

Negative: The breakfast is so poor, everything is cold and not fresh, all order need to wait a long time, when they bring always cold. The swimming pools are not clean, we just closed our eyes because of the view. Everything was so expensive which is not cost for this quality for the food. .

Summary: Need more staff which is has experience working in hotels. Need change, chef, some food so bad.

Positive: Everything was great! - the location is fabulous overlooking the mountains and the river - the food (a la carte) was just delicious, especially the fish choices, highly recommended to eat in - ice cream, drinks and any food can be ordered in to enjoy at the terrace or in the room - hot springs are quite an experience - there are four hot pools (varying degree of heat) and one cold like the mountain river - personnel is super friendly, helpful, responsive and overall very pleasant and nice - saunas are new and good to enjoy at the end of the day - the indoor pool is circa 25 good for some laps if you are swimmer (though during the day it gets crowded with children so timing is important) - towels and bathrobes are regularly changed (you basically don’t need much day clothes and most’y everything is accessible in the bathrobe like a proper spa resort ambiance) - there is a path to go to a small lake with trout, very serene with a view over the mountains, and fresh trout that finds its way to your plate later - add-on massage on request

Negative: Nothing major) - the design is a bit old school (though neat and nice) - summer terrace service could be a bit better, but even when orders are messed up the staff are super nice and helpful which makes up for it - no ATM or exchange service (while you can charge everything on the hotel room and pay by card on checkout if you want to go on a day trip - which is amazingly arranged by the hotel with an absolute fantastic guide!!!!! - you need cash) - the place can get crowded on weekends by those who come with a « day pass », as well as corporate events that may be a bit disturbing during the day for some

Negative: They double billed food and beverage items. We noticed the beverage and got it reversed. Later found two food items were double charged

Positive: Very pretty views of the mountains and fresh air, very large rooms, nice outdoor pool facilities. Nice simple breakfast options.

Negative: Could have been cleaner - distinct smell in the bathroom, full waste bin. There was still on going construction in the property but it did not disturb our sleep. Small details that could be worked on considering it is a hot spring wellness centre - lack of thermometers in the pools and sauna. For the price of rooms the spa/pool access should be later than 12 on the day of checkout.

Summary: A nice property approximately 25 minutes away from the city centre. On the more expensive side but is a good experience.
