Positive: Beautiful view and privacy! It was definitely worth the climb up the mountain. Once you get down the mountain you are so close to so many things! House itself was clean and the rooms are spacious. Each bedroom had a great view outside.

Negative: Winding mountain roads for some can be a little rough and you have to be careful to not go down the wrong driveway because turning around is very difficult . There is a hole outside by the fire pit that needs to be filled before someone hurts themselves

Negative: The property GPS location was not immediately known in goggle maps so you can add a few key locations in the email to inform your client about the left dip down the hill after going around the curve then your destination is on the upper right hill. It was dark when we arrived so we were passing the turn off on the private mountain road.

Positive: The house is perfect, comfortable, and clean. Communication was quick and accommodating.

Negative: The drive from the gate to the house is 15 minutes of curves. It's a beautiful view once you're there, but the drive up and down is not one we wanted to do more than once per day.
