Summary: We absolutely had a wonderful time at your rental home ! Mostly spent our time at Bryce resort but came back for the evenings and grilled steak down at the picnic area which was perfect ! Beautiful place on the upstairs patio to hang out and watch the sunrise ! Sleeping arrangements were perfect for 12 guys … our stay couldn’t have been better !!! Thanks so much !!

Summary: This is a big, beautiful home. Great for families all year round. Our family went for a ski trip. It was great to come back to the house in the evenings and relax in the family room. We made fires every night, which was something we don't get to do in our suburban home. Walks in the morning were wonderful in the fresh mountain air. We played games, watched movies, made s'mores over the fire and had a great time!

Summary: Our hostess was waiting for us to greet us. She was warm and welcoming. She even had an anniversary present for us. Thank you Melinda! The place felt full of love. It was decorated with pictures that allowed visitors to witness a young family grow up. Some of its walls were decorated with childhood pictures, family vacation pictures, and pictures of past generations, as well as the family's grown children and grandchildren. Unfortunately, we were not able to stay and witness the promised stunning mountain views. We left about an hour after we arrived to the property when we realized that there was way to communicating with the outside world. There was no cell reception or land line. We couldn't find a way to reach our hostess. For personal reasons, we needed to be reachable and be able to make calls. It was not possible. We contacted our hostess in two occasions to let her know that we left earlier. She never returned our calls.

Summary: It's a wonderful property, very well maintained and clean, with nice view of mountains and best place for stargazing. We (a group of 8 friends) went to the place for a farewell party. And we had an amazing experience. Away from digital noise. Melinda is also such a wonderful host. I would totally go back to this place in fall for fall colors.
