Summary: Great location for our last minute floating trip. Was looking specifically at cabins but wasn't much available. Was hesitant on this place but it was better than several cabins rented in the past. All 3 beds were comfortable, house was clean and spacious with a private location.

Summary: This property is just a few miles from Horseshoe Canyon Ranch (the greatest climbing destination in middle America), and a few hundred yards from Kyle's Landing access to the Buffalo National River. It is the perfect size for 4 to 6 people to use as an adventure hub. The property owner is extremely prompt and thorough in communication, and the property is very clean and well-equped in a serene setting. We will stay here again!

Summary: We stayed at the property during a fall climbing trip to HCR. The property was perfect for our group. It was clean, cozy, and close to HCR. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the area.

Summary: Keisha, the owner, was quick to respond to all questions and the house was on a pretty property overlooking woods and a pond from the back porch. It is in a nice, central location between Jasper and Ponca. We hit a rock on one of our backroad adventures, which punctured the oil pan. Keisha took time out of her day and picked us up at the auto shop and took us to our afternoon activity and made sure someone could take us back to town afterwards. Talk about going the extra mile for your guests!!! We had coffee on the porch in the mornings. My kids loved the swing and the basketball court on the property. The fun decor was welcoming and the kitchen was well-supplied. Beds were comfy and we slept well. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Keisha!

Summary: The house is nice and spacious and the property is amazing. The property listing says no guest animals permitted but they do have their own dogs loose on the property that will greet you. The dogs are friendly. They also have a new dog that would bark every morning when the owner would go out there to take care of all the animals and when the owners came home in the afternoon. The owners replied to messages very quickly and seem very friendly.

Summary: We loved this house and beautiful scenery around it! The kids loved all the land to run around, the Farm animals and their two sweet dogs. Was such a nice getaway! The owners were so gracious and very responsive helping us down to the last detail with so many things!!! We needed Wi-Fi for school for the children and it worked great!!! Definitely recommend!
