Negative: the master bedroom was too warm at night. We ended up opening the window- only option to cool it down. Rest of apartment was a good heat. There is only 1 thermos to control heat for unit.

Summary: exceptional good location, would go again.

Positive: Having to go to Vacasa to collect the key cards was awful and traumatic as we had just arrived after a very long flight from Australia. It took 20 minutes and going into 3 shops at main St station to ask people where this key collection place might be. Why can't they be left somewhere closer? The toaster was broken but was replaced quickly and the safe which the 4 of us wanted to place valuables in didn't work and no one knew how to fix it. Sergio was extremely helpful and efficient.

Positive: The condo was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to town and at the base of the mountain.

Negative: The management completely ignored our request to unclog secondary bathrooms shower. We called early in the stay to ask for it to be fixed. They told us that they would have someone fix it and it never happened. The four of us had to share one bathroom for the week. Vacasa dropped the ball. We had a car and there was no dedicated parking as described. Anyone can park in the underground lot so there were times when we couldn’t get a park.

Positive: Excellent courtesy bus, good location close to gondola and to ski back at end of the day.

Negative: Unfortunately 2 jacuzzis were out of order for the whole stay so 5 buildings shared 1 jacuzzi usually too many people for such a small jacuzzi. The gym in building 5 had the d-rings and multigym accessories missing, so we couldn't use the multi-gym unti day 15 when two d-rings and a pair of handles appeared. Broadband very flaky and slow Sergio and the other people at the local Vacasa office were exceptional at helping us when we had doorlock issues. We'd definitely stay here again.
