Summary: Our stay was incredible, I don't have sufficient words to describe how amazing this place is. Mountain Residence Montana is rated as a 3 stars property, but based in our experience, it is fair to say that it deserves 5 stars. Our apartament was facing the valley and the mountains, it has a modern decoration and all ammenities you could imagine, it's big and spotless clean. The views from the balcony are just breathtaking. The hotel structure is another high point, there are 2 swimming pools, both with controlled temperature, the external swimming pool facing the montains is simply perfect! There are saunas and relaxing rooms, all spotless. The communication was simple, friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend this hotel and I can't wait to return!

Summary: This was my favourite property our whole Italy trip of 5 weeks. Staff, very good at their jobs. This place is newly renovated. While not a ton of parking it is available in a covered garage with options for electric plug-in. Check-in fast, easy (we had to do the after hours check-in/out with prior notice). Access to a pool and hot tub and sauna room which is excellent no complaints whatsoever, impressive for the size of the property. Very, very clean, very simple but has what you need. Our room was a nice little apartment with full kitchen which was very nice to have! The only issue we had was the heating situation as it was a little cool when we arrived in the area and was that way for our entire stay but I think we did not know how to operate the heating and it wasn't a huge issue just used more blankets. Appreciated the available beverages at the front door. Very beautiful surroundings and what a view to wake up to those MOUNTAINS! Not located close to anything, but neighbours, so don't forget anything or you'll be driving a ways to get it. Fridge is very small, we made it work, again better than not having one. I did find that the walls are paper thin in terms on noisy-ness. We could hear all alarms going off in the morning and the chairs in the kitchen are rather loud on the flooring, this was maybe the one thing that I did not appreciate. Honestly overlooked any little nuisance because not everything is always going to be perfect and it didn't ruin my trip at all.

Summary: We had an amazing stay! Very friendly and helpful staff Beautiful views from the room and excellent amenities. Flats had plenty of room and were very clean and quiet. Pool and spa area were great.

Summary: AMAZING place for a winter holiday! I would definitely recommend this place to visit all the beautiful cities of Southern Tyrol and the Italian Dolomites. We rented the 2-Bedroom Apartment and it was super clean, warm, comfortable, and with an amazing view. Excellent kitchen, everything super new. It was an amazing surprise! Also, Hannes, the owner, is very kind and helpful. As was snowing in some periods of our stay, he made everything he could to support us and to feel hosted. The wellness centre is also very equipped and cosy. WE LOVED THIS PLACE and we will come back!

Summary: Superb views over the beautiful and sunny Gsiesertal/Valle di Casies valley. Ski in ski out to the slope and cross country tracks. Quite steep hill to the hotel. Due to snow conditions had to leave the car 1 km away for the first day (no chains or four wheel drive). But very friendly hotel staff picked us up and even got pizzas for us from the restaurant down the village. Possible to order fresh baked rolls and breads and eggs every morning. Did stay with 6 yo child and grandparents in 2 bed room apt in a new part of the hotel. Nearby slope perfect for families. Tickets affordable. And very good cross country tracks on the valley. Easy tracks in Santa Maddalena (even lit in the evenings till 10 p.m.) but challenging if you go down to Tesido direction and climb back to the hotel. Recommended!
