Perched on the edge of South Pond, the chalet provides immediate access to summer fun with a private dock, kayaks, paddleboards, and more for a true lakeside living experience. Winter brings joy to skiers with Sunday River Resort just 15 minutes away, featuring slopes for all levels. The area is also perfect for ice fishing and snowmobiling, with easy access to multiple ponds and trails. Fall visitors will enjoy the spectacular foliage and lake experiences, while the cool weather is ideal for local hikes and evenings by the firepit. Downtown Bethel is less than 10 minutes away, offering grocery options, local dining, and shopping. Regardless of the season, enjoy relaxing in the hot tub after a day of adventures.

Summary: We really had a great week in the house. Large enough for 10 to spread out and all the amenities we could want for a stay. this is the first house we've rented that had enough pans, tools and sharp knifes to cook whatever we wanted.The views of the pond and Mt. Abrams are wonderful. especially from the hot tubOur only negative was the house is on the main road and can be a little loud in the early mornings, the locals begin the workday at 6.We would most definitely return for another family vacation.Brian M.
