NEW-Arcade game console, Air Hockey, Kid's play kitchen! Classic 1896 Victorian Home totally remodeled from the inside out! Immaculate family hangout that sleeps 12 guests, with 5 master bedrooms & bathrooms. Our fully loaded kitchen is complete with a Commercial Wolf Stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (coffee, creamer, sugar, honey as well), toaster, blender, pots, pans, cups, plates, silverware, etc basically all you need to cook up a gourmet meal in our spacious kitchen
Charming turn-of-the-century Victorian that has been fully remodeled. Family friendly, with 5 master bedroom suites and bathrooms in every bedroom. NEW-Arcade game console, Air Hockey, Kid's play kitchen! The living room has a cozy gas fireplace with a hand carved mantel and quarter-sawn oak pillar/woodwork, library, parlor with piano, outdoor deck & seating, fenced back yard and wrap around porch. Fresh and clean, comfortable beds with soft linens, towels and all toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hand soap). Washer and dryer, plus detergent, now available in basement for guest's use.
The whole place is yours to enjoy! There is a locked carriage house in the backyard that is storage only and not available for guest use (at the moment- we are hoping to remodel that soon!)
We are always a phone call away ,but we will leave you to enjoy the privacy of your own residence while visiting Glenwood Springs.

This has been our family home for over 20 years, and we have loved every minute of living in the heart of downtown Glenwood Springs. We have put hours of labor and love into making this property available for your use - we sure hope you love it as much as we do!
For guests with allergy/sensitivities to animals, this is an ALLERGY FRIENDLY HOME- NO ANIMALS ALLOWED. For guests with ADA SERVICE ANIMALS, bringing your animal to this property will fundamentally change the nature of this property, and will impact the experience for other guests with serious allergies. Please contact us if you need accommodations for pets and service animals. We do have several other accommodations that can host service animals, support animals and other beloved fur babies. Also, if you are sensitive to cleaning products, please contact us BEFORE your arrival (at least 24 hours prior) so we can have our staff use allergy friendly cleaning products. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in or near the house! There will be a $1500 MINIMUM FINE assessed if there is any TRACE of smoking in this property!
If you use the stove please leave it tidy and wash all dishes used. Please use the dishwasher for all dishes (you may leave dishwasher running when you check-out).
Also, all towels, bedding, linens are to remain in the house at all times - towels are NOT for pool use!! If violated, we will charge $25 per towel (chlorine and minerals from the pool can destroy our towels and other linens!). You may rent towels at the Hot Springs directly.

Summary: Loved staying here and with my big family we all had space to relax and it’s super close to all the attractions definitely booking again in the future.

Summary: This is a gorgeous renovated home in walking distance to nearly all of the town’s attractions. We loved the location, charm, and furnishings. However, not all advertised features were available. The listing indicates a toaster in the completely stocked kitchen. There wasn’t one. It also advertised access to laundry facilities. The basement door was padlocked. There were several small details in cleaning and upkeep that could use improvement. None of the wall clocks functioned. The ceiling fans had visible dust on the blades, and the outdoor space in the back was unkempt. The listed check-out time is 11:00AM. However, I received a message on the morning of our departure telling me we were expected to check out by 10:00AM. We arrived after the indicated 4:00PM check in time after hours of traveling and had difficulty reaching the host to be given the door code. We looked past that since it appeared to have been an issue with the VRBO app.

Summary: This listing hosted by Luis and Kristine could not have been any better. We had an 11-person group all flying in from out of town for a wedding and it was the perfect place for us. The communication with Kristine was 10/10 and she was very accommodating to any question we had. Along with this home being exactly as it was stated in the listing, the location also was perfect. The very quiet neighborhood just one short block away from the Glenwood strip was a very easy walk. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again. The group all agreed this was the best rental experience we had ever had.

Summary: Our family stayed here to celebrate a birthday and get together for a reunion. The home was absolutely beautiful with a historic charm. Everything worked as expected, fully furnished, and very comfortable. It was the perfect place for 10 family members to get together. It was right in the downtown area with everything, including the hot springs within walking distance. The neighborhood was clean and bright well taken care of. The owners where immediately responsive to questions. When we stay in Glenwood Springs again, we will definitely stay here!

Summary: 5 Bedrooms with a bathroom in each one. Kids thought the arcade was really fun. Loved that we could walk downtown easily. Cute home and neighborhood. Large kitcen and dining space,too.

Summary: Great house for our group. The teens loved the upstairs room with air hockey and video game machine. It has a great kitchen with a large stove for cooking for the group. The location is great. Easy walking distance to the pool and downtown area.

Summary: My mom's extended family gathered in two VRBOs in the downtown area. We all thought this was the best of the two homes. This home fit out 14 family members for dining and gathering. It didn't have enough bedrooms for all of us, so the two houses were required. It was a short walk to great food, bars, activities, groceries, Walgreens, etc. We had two cars and there were two drive parking spaces and street parking also. The house was clean, spacious, good easy to use kitchen, and games for entertainment. Some Galaga was played. 😊 We really appreciated the remodel/updating of the house keeping the historic beauty. Everything was easy with check in/out, and communication with the owners. The house really made the weekend even more memorable for the family.

Summary: We enjoyed this beautiful home. It is decorated so cute!! The location was right in town. The beds were comfortable. We loved having our own bathrooms in each room. The kids loved the game room. My only thing to improve on is to stock the kitchen a little better. More pans & some hot pads, more mixing bowls. But we had a wonderful time & would recommend this place to others. The Hosts were great to respond to us quickly as well.

Summary: Was a perfect location in town. Great to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Great seating area for lots of people in the kitchen. Our only complaint was that although it said it was air conditioned , it wasn’t very…the bedrooms were pretty good because they had individual window units but the rest of the house was pretty warm. This was likely because it was during a heat wave in Colorado. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay!
