Relax and enjoy this newly renovated private guest apartment that is located on Ogden's east bench in a quiet, tree lined street. Classic 1920's and 30's style homes. This cozy 900 square foot open spaced apartment has an amazing view of the mountains from two separate covered balconies.
It is conveniently located close to shopping centers, restaurants, theaters, blocks from the golf course, hiking trails, Weber State University McKay Dee Hospital and is only 20 minutes from Utah's best kept secret Snow Basin and Powder Mountain ski resorts.
Decorated and funished with all of the comforts of home.
It has a full kitchen with 6 ft island, refrigerator, stove, mircowave, dishwasher and disposal. There is a dinnerware service for 6, including silverware and beverage glasses as well as pots, pans, toaster, coffeepot,crockpot, BBQ grill and utensils.
The bathroom has a large tub and shower with bath towels, hand and washcloth and rugs.
The bedroom has a queen sized bed with brand new mattress and foundation, down comforter, dresser, closet and high quality bedding. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
The open living area includes pub style dining table w/4 chairs, a large sofa, chair, ottoman, 50” flat screen smart HD television and Xfinity Cable TV.
High-Speed Internet connection. WI-FI booster.

Summary: Loved this place so much, I stayed six weeks. It was the perfect temporary home and Deb was the perfect host. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The apartment is over the detached garage, so you don’t share space with the owner or another renter. Nice washer and dryer inside the apartment, which is a nice amenity for longer stays. Nice balconies in front and back. Parking on the right side of the driveway. Fully stocked!

Summary: This is an amazing apartment above the owners garage with all the amenities of home. Modern design and new, top of the line appliances. Very nice washer and dryer inside the apartment, perfect for a long term stay. Gorgeous and clean bathroom with a large walk-in tiled shower. All paper products and laundry products are fully stocked. Everything you will need, in the kitchen, for a long term stay… pots and pans, utensils, silverware, nice dishes. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Located on an extra wide street, lined with lovely well kept and charming homes, not to mention the mountain view in the background! The owner is wonderful and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. I loved staying here, and will definitely stay again when I need a place in Ogden.

Summary: This was “the best” place we ever stayed. Extremely clean, lots of natural light, large windows and completely furnished with everything you need to stay, sleep, and cook. Deb is an amazing person. She was so kind to leave us a delicious lemon cake, which she’s already well know for. Completely independent from the main house, well located and most importantly, super quiet. Thank you again,Deb!

Summary: FANTASTIC,!!!! Cleanest well stocked and beautiful apartment. The running waterfall in the backyard while on the back balcony was a real stress reducer. And the lemon cake! Other reviews didn’t do this cake from Deborah the proper justice! It was the best ever and made me stray from my diet. Thank you Deborah for the beautiful and relaxing stay. Summary: The place was as advertised. It was very clean and had plenty of room for the two of us. It included all of the needed amenities. It is within a mile of grocery store, gas, coffee shop, etc. The host Deborah was great and answered our questions promptly. The only issue was the window AC unit is a little loud when it is running. But for as hot as it was outside the days we were there, it kept the place cool. We would definitely stay there again.
