Positive: The staff, the ambience, the location everything was bang on. Had been there with my friend just for relaxing and it was great experience overall. would recommed it to others and would surely vist it again

Negative: Nothing as such. Everything was good.

Positive: It’s in the peak of hill, location was good, staffs r obident but there is no complementary snacks at evening. Pool, play ground, garden, greenery everything was super but want to improve in gym. Food is good but still need to improve in taste.

Positive: Excellent location and I want to thanks the operation manager for his warm welcome Dinner was great.

Negative: Calling me more than 6 times when I will arrive They disturb me alot Hotel policy sending reminders to me through the booking that i have to pay half amount to guarantee my booking, this is not acceptable hotel management should trust booking.com for each reservation I will raise this concern to booking team about this policy Housekeeping team should confirm all the stuff available in the room like slippers face towels why I should call them to bring for me This is 5 stars hotel not 3 star or 2 star
