Positive: The staff were incredible throughout our stay from breakfast and dinner in the hotel to lunch down in the beach cabana. A free lift service from your room to the beach and back also made ferrying back and forth easy when needed as well as drop offs at. Local establishments for a reasonable price. The rooms were spacious and came with great views and daily cleans and free cookies for a sweet treat before dinner. Cannot recommend more and enjoyed our stay and being treated so well by the staff both in and out of the hotel.

Positive: Great beach. Waves, rare in the Caribbean. nice boutique feel Great beach restaurant

Negative: rented three rooms. One had faulty air-conditioning, the other had repeated smells of sewage despite notifying staff very slow service over the whole island, even pronounced for caribbean “island time”

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at Mount Cinnamon. We were there at an off peak time so it was very quiet. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Will be back!

Negative: Traveling with my 80 year old mom and the location of our villa was on a steep hill which made coming and going a bit difficult especially if you wanted to get to the beach. However, the staff was very helpful in transporting us in a shuttle whenever we needed it.
