Positive: The hotel is sited in an old mill building, well refurbished and charming, side to a stream, a beautiful place. The bedroom is very modern and comfortable, with all amenities. The hotel hosts a high quality restaurant, that is an attraction by itself (I recommend to stay there because of a dinner, more than because of Conques). Thomas was very flexible in adapt our menu for our meal restrictions, and the result was wonderful, a must experience.

Negative: The house was fulybooked and we received a bad room, with the window looking over the restaurant exhaust system, noisy (added by the road behind) and with kitchen fume smell, something that did not allow us to open the window. Considering the nice hotel sitting, this room should not be make available for hosts, or at least only with a clear disclaimer about its conditions.
