Positive: The location was very convenient to the Messecenter for an exhibition I was attending. Good breakfast, homemade bread was delicious. Very clean, free parking, friendly staff

Negative: The washing machine and drying machine didn't work and when I tried to wash my clothes the morning before check out it, ended up a disaster. The washer kept washing and wouldn't stop, couldn't get the clothes out unless we shut the unit off. Finally got them out and they were soaking wet sitting in a pool of water. We wrung them out and put in the dryer which also did nothing. I flew back home with a giant sack of wet clothes in my suitcase. Lucky my baggage allowance was 30kg and I travelled with very little weight. 10kg max. on the way home it was 25kg. This could have been a very expensive problem had I travelled with full suitcases

Summary: Very pleasant stay. would definitely stay again if attending another convention

Negative: Hard to find on foot and didn't realize no staff when arriving and thought locked out until some punter came out. Door was open just looked locked and envelope with keys was at reception.i should have known better but perhaps explain that

Positive: It was a nice quiet property not to far from the MCH arena and only a 2 minute taxi to the pubs/restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful also

Negative: The property had everything we needed for our trip
