Summary: The bathroom was not the best looking .. the room was kind of small .. and there was barely soap to use .. thankfully I was only there to sleep for one night .

Summary: They let us check in early, then after 30 minutes 2 females came to the door asking if we paid for extra time.. I said no and closed the door not quite sure if they were hookers or non uniformed cleaners Typical motel, I didn’t have high expectations… Shower had constant drip which made bathroom moist, room smelled like it was a smoking room- I will immediately wash all my clothes in hot water upon my return

Summary: When we arrived we were told that our reservation was canceled because they didn't have a room with two (2) beds available. However, they never notified us, and it was already late, so we didn't have an opportunity to investigate alternative accommodations. We ended up staying, and the accommodations were adequate and of fair quality. Despite the unexpected cancellation, the staff member was friendly and accommodating.

Summary: It doesn't appear the floor has been swept, furniture in poor shape. Shower dirty and doesn't drain. No amenities. No extra lock on the door.

Summary: My stay in Chicago for the first time visiting was great the city is beautiful but my room when I got there was dirty not clean used soap towels and bedding floors not swept bathroom had open and used soap shampoo and conditioner in it. Pillowcase on the bed was dirty still had stains and hair on it. I was not happy at all with my stay and I was visiting for my birthday I have sickle cell and could of seriously got sick with the conditions of the room I booked its like someone had just left or my room been sitting like that for awhile. I was very disappointed in the condition
