Positive: Being a large family, it is hard to find accomodation to suit all our needs but this motel had everything we needed eg. apartment size, enough beds in one apartment, water preasure and hot water to last the entire family and more, great location, ample parking for multiple vehicles, customer service was amazing especially having the apartment ready with aircon/heating already on when we arrived after travelling all day.

Negative: Only 1 complaint...... having to leave. It felt like home.

Positive: The staff were very friendly and obliging.

Negative: I am a return customer having stayed numerous times over the years. Despite there being many vacancies we had the only room with no car park so unloaded each night from 2 spaces away. Would be nice to have the towels changed or bins emptied at least once over a four night stay.

Summary: There are many options in this town so the smallest appreciation for loyal customers would be nice.
