Positive: Very basic and appropriate for the price. I was there to visit Pinnacles National Park so the location is perfect for that. Not much else going on in the town.
Negative: Staff could have been a little more engaging and informative. Other than that, checking in and out was quick and easy.

Positive: A good location and easy to find. Spacious with modern, simple furnishings. Clean with a comfortable bed.
Negative: Only one desk chair for 2 people in a spacious room. Could have had another chair for the second person. Our luggage was on the floor, as there were no other place to put them. Was expecting some facial tissues in the bathroom area, but used toilet paper instead.

Positive: Second stay was MUCH BETTER considering our stay Friday was horrible we did not expect such a different experience. Bed was comfortable, room was much cleaner and shower head worked properly! Washer and dryer were close to our room so it was like a completely different hotel we stayed at!
Negative: Management was rude when inquiring why I was double charged for Friday night however the rest of the stay was lovely
Summary: Better experience second time around!
