Summary: We were there for a track meet. The parking lot was definitely ACTIVE but I must say the rooms were quiet and I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a NOISY fan. But overall the stay was ok.

Summary: Staff is great! Everyone is kind and helpful. Maria and Joy are very professional and just great to communicate with. They always make us feel welcome, safe and comfortable. Even the housekeepers are sweet and helpful, and all do a great job. Some guests can be a little loud, but staff is quick to respond.

Summary: 1. Smell of chemicals in the room was very strong, causing allergies and sneezing. 2. Toilet seat was soiled. Not cleaned properly. Applying a bit of water and but if scrubbing I was able to remove the skid marks. Had to buy wipes to sanitize it. Terrible. 3. Wake up calls: check out this at 11:00, however we received a 9:20, and 9:25 and 9:30 wake up calls. Last of which we did pick up and after that they stopped. Essentially by waking us up, we left the hotel at 10:30 am. Allowing their staff to enter. I asked the receptionist about it, she said she didn't have a wake up call scheduled for us, and apologize for the mistake. Lastly, I wanted to mention that we did do an early check-in. Thank you to the receptionist who let us in on the first floor 3 hours before the time.
