Summary: Unsafe, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. People loitered in the parking lot at night, the back security door was broken so anyone could walk in, and the A/C barely worked, making the bed so hot my husband slept on the floor. Called the front desk for a room change—was told it would be handled—but no one ever came and my follow-up calls went unanswered. No shampoo or conditioner provided. I will never stay here again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Summary: I am a handicapped man who requested a handicapped room. I was told that there only handicapped room was unavailable upon arrival. Fine. However since I only have one leg it would be nice at least for the tubs to at least have grab rails to keep elderly and handicapped customers safe. How much would that cost? That should be standard for all rooms. That is if you actually cared about people.
