Summary: Accommodations were great and reasonable

Summary: It felt as if they got partway through renovating and then decided it was good enough. The toilet ran constantly and loudly, and wasn’t quite secured to the floor. The bathroom outlet didn’t work, and the bathroom fan was incredibly loud. The walls hadn’t been patched where new furniture/counters had been placed. Incredibly bright flood lights outside left the room bright at night, so it needs black out curtains or something. It just felt unfinished. The bed was very comfy though, with lots of pillows.

Summary: The front desk staff was great, but once we were in the room, ending went downhill fast! There was dirt on the mat right in the door, there was on open wall socket with bare wires right by the bed, the roiket seat bolt bolts were not tightened so the seat almost fell off, and the refrigerator was turned off and has a horrible smell. I went to the front desk when we noticed the wall socket, was told someone would be right there. He came, looked at it, said it was for a phone and would be back with at least a face plate to cover it. NEVER CAME BACK, EVEN AFTER CALLING THE FRONT DESK AGAIN AFTER 2 HOURS! E didn't say anything about the toilet seat a it was an easy fix. I cannot believe that Radisson is putting their name to this place! My opinion of the Radisson brand just went in the toilet!

Summary: There was no signage outside so I wasn’t sure I was at the correct motel. A sign inside the office confirmed I was in the correct place. I was given the WiFi password with my key. I tried the WiFi with no luck. Then turned on the TV and found no cable service. I was too tired to resolve it that night, but confirmed with the front desk that WiFi and cable were not working. Told the clerk to clue in the guests so they won’t receive complaints. No refrigerator in the room. The shower was situated so a lot of water ended up on the floor despite closing the curtain. There was a light in the shower, but no switch for it. The room door stuck so I had to push hard to open a close it securely. The room was clean. We should have been given discounts for the missing amenities.

Summary: Upon arrival, the pool had stuff floating in it. All the furniture was piled up away from the water's edge - no indication if it was open or closed. It was near 90 - hopes were dashed. Check in early? Extra, extra, extra. The room, smelled of the cleaner used to cover animal odor. There was a sort of film on the floor - no bare feet in that place. The wall fixture outside the bathroom was missing one of two bulbs and did not work, leaving the back of the room dark.The main fixture near the window had no cover and was dim. There was no mini fridge. The microwave had the wrong tray inside, and it did not spin. The fins on the AC were gone so it blew directly at the bed. The TV hung crooked. The continental breakfast? Guess what that consisted of? Nothing good. About 0900, the maid came by and said room should be empty - hmmm - what is standard check out time? Reality is in stark contrast to presentation - profit before perfomance - disapointing atmosphere. Trains rumbling by half the night - un-rest. There is more, but what's the point? This is the point of no return. That's the facts, Jack

Summary: The room was not cleaned adequately prior to us arriving. The floor was filthy in several areas. There was a sticky substance on the counter by the bed. Like Syrup, soda or juice or something like that. Most of the staff was friendly and tried hard. I just don't think they had the resources available. Our first room was an occupied or dirty room. The hook ball lock was on so we couldn't go in but both beds were unmade. Every staff member I met with tried to be kind and helpful except for one. I saw the housekeepers cleaning. Most of the desk help tried to help where they could. One was rude. I didn't feel unsafe in the area. The hotel just wasn't very clean. Communication between staff was lacking from what i overheard from staff.
