Positive: First staff very friendly and helpful

Negative: I assume the Manager, very abrupt short non answers that contradict. For instance had already started check in with 1st and had ID and CC on counter. She then demanded them then seemed upset when 1st staff showed them 16" in front of her.

Positive: Breakfast was not attended and fell way short of previous owners. This is no longer Boarders. We were told it is now called Brush.

Negative: We were never told about the hotel being sold to a new group. They did not even have a record of our reservation. Thank goodness they had a free room at a comparable price. They claimed Booking.com was responsible for letting us know not the hotel itself?

Summary: Nice clean room but breakfast was horrible and opened late.
