Positive: Breakfast was so good and freshly cooked .Mattie was an excellent host. Beds were very comfortable and the place had a relaxing and peaceful ambience with a lovely garden and wooded area .If time had permitted we would have used the Sauna .

Positive: Staying at Mossie's has spoiled us; nothing else has even come close in comparison. It doesn't hurt that this jewel is situated in one of the more wildly beautiful corners of the world but photos do not do this B&B justice. In addition to the gorgeously appointed interiors, the grounds are magnificent: amazing attention to detail everywhere you look, both inside and out. As well, the service was exceptional: every possible need anticipated, Matti would quietly appear with a smile, when needed, and disappear just as quickly. The breakfasts were five-star: incredibly delicious, and impeccably served, in a glassed-in conservatory. We stayed in the lovely French Room, with a view of the ocean and lush surroundings, and with bed linens that make me tear up at the memory: the highest quality I've ever experienced. Matti and Vanessa have worked hard to create this magical Eden on the Beara Peninsula, and we're fortunate to be the beneficiaries of their vision, dedication, and love. We will absolutely come back!
