Positive: Me and my friends stayed here while attending parklife festival, the place is lovely, clean and they even had the essentials like shampoo and shower gel already there to use. Very clean and well looked after, comfortable stay for a small group of lads.

Positive: This accommodation is very clean, the beds were soft and comfortable, all the basic household needs were provided including cleaning and laundry products. In the middle of a heatwave with temperatures soaring between 30-33 °C, every room was provided with an electric fan that made the heat and our stay more comfortable.
Negative: The creaky floorboards upstairs and one noisy neighbour. Other than that, our stay is perfect!

Positive: Quiet residential neighbourhood, 5 minutes walking from the tram, 5 minutes driving from the supermarket and shops located at 10 minutes walking. It was only a two night stay, house was suitable for our needs. We arrived at the property 50 minutes earlier than check-out, I called the owner to check if ok to check in earlier and no issues whatsoever. Very friendly
Negative: Furniture was a bit tired, our mattress was very soft and not very comfortable. There was loads of tea at the property, but no coffee or sugar.
