Positive: Comfortable and spacious. Close to bus stop

Negative: There was no washing machine despite being advertised as having one. 8 of us packed hand luggage only for 5 days, expecting to wash our clothes. This was most inconvenient, especially since we travelled with 2 children

Positive: The house is spacious & pretty soundproof. The living area is bright & airy, beds are reasonably comfortable. There is an enclosed back garden which gets lots of sun (when it does shine!) but could have done with more seating, thee were 2 chairs & a table. The property is well located with a short (5 min) walk to Sainsbury's store. There are numerous pubs & restaurants also within walking distance. I would recommend staying here if it weren't for the issues listed below.

Negative: The lounge/kitchen area had not been hoovered & the floor was dirty. We had to wash it twice to clean it properly! There were no bedside lamps in two of the bedrooms (including the main one). There was supposed to be a washing machine but it had been stolen by previous tenants. This was an issue for us as we were a family group of adults staying for 10 days. I requested a refund for this as property was advertised with one. Host said they would have to check with owner & owner said he would have to discuss with host - neither responded to my request!

Summary: Good place to stay but with a little effort could be really good!

Negative: The front door is quite complicated to deal with. It has an electronic lock and you need either the app or the single card they supply to enter. It took a while to figure out how to unlock from the inside. It seems a bit dangerous in the event of a fire.

Positive: The Location was excellent, and it looks to be a fairly new property. Its on a somewhat busy road in a nice area but you don't get to notice as its fenced off the road, which gives it that exclusive feeling on a private road access. The house is spacious with own garden too and has all the mod cons. The ease of checking in remotely via a code link through an app. We had a fantastic stay at this lovely two-storey, four-bedroom semi-detached home in Moseley Gardens, Fallowfield. The private parking was a huge plus, and the property was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family visit to Manchester. Communication with the hosts was excellent - they were responsive, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location was quiet yet well-connected, and the property was well-equipped for a family trip. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to return on our next trip to Manchester!

Negative: Nothing really, but if I was being really picky then I would say its the rear doors having a blind but this is really a me thing as we still enjoyed our stay

Positive: The house itself is very spacious, a good amount of room for a big group. Great temp and pressure in shower and clean white bedding

Negative: Yale lock stopped working on our phones we had to use the key card, a key would be simpler and better. Luckily we called the host she picked up and let us use the lock box key. The electrics do not work correctly, twice the electric tripped when used the toaster didn't feel very safe

Positive: Great location - really easy to get into the centre of town, either by bus or car. Handy to have a large Sainsbury's just a short walk away, and good takeaways round the corner too. Comfortable and clean property, with plenty of space for everyone. Good parking facilities and great to have a garden. The host was responsive to our communications.

Negative: I'd have preferred a key lock box rather than having to download the Yale app - the door lock itself was also tricky to use. There was not enough crockery/mugs/glasses/cutlery for the number of people staying in the house - although the host dropped additional bits round upon request. The kitchen was missing a number of useful items (eg. corkscrew, vegetable peeler, sieve), and there was no fresh tea/coffee/sugar available, nor were there enough dishwasher tablets provided to last during our stay.

Summary: Pleasant property in which to enjoy a weekend visit to Manchester
