Summary: I stayed in the tiny camper. It was excellent. The AC was ice cold and for my work stay it was adequate

Summary: It's a beautiful property, but the trailer is falling apart and not cleaned well. I also stayed a year ago, and the code for the door was the same and the door doesn't latch properly so there is no way to lock the door.

Summary: It was a little hard to find, but that’s more of a Google Maps problem. Enjoyed our stay, the property was quaint and felt like we were much farther away from San Marcos than the quick 10 minute drive, so we had the best of both worlds. Highly recommend!!

Summary: The property is really difficult to get to. Directions are not good. The porch and outside sitting areas qere not clean or suitable for enjoying being outside in the hill country. The inside was clean. However there was some offensive propaganda strategically placed around the house. Wimberly was close by so were the shops at the San Marcos outlet mall
