Positive: lovely spacious accommodation comfortable beds lovely bathrooms short walk into Newquay it's about 10/15 min walk. all facilities really good.

Negative: nothing really

Positive: It was a big, spacious property , easily enough room for 5 adults in our group. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge was delightful . Only a short walk into New Quay itself, down a hill( my parents in their 80s managed it ok). 2 or 3 pubs within walking distance .

Negative: No issues with property at all, house was fantastic. Parking for 2 cars at side of house was perfect just had to be careful pulling off drive on to road , but this was easy enough with someone guiding .

Summary: Lovely property . Would highly recommend .
