Positive: Room was very nice. Food was fantastic. Restaurant Staff were brilliant.
Negative: Extra pillows in room would have been useful. Bed was very firm. Coffee making facilities in room were a little disappointing, as no decaf option and also Nescafé instant coffee was a let down, as other providers offer superior coffee. Also was a little disappointed that room service had to be ordered 24hr before.
Summary: Very nice culinary experience. Lovely surroundings. Excellent staff.

Negative: The terrace to our suite had not been cleaned for some time. Leaves and cobwebs everywhere. There was a wall light fitting missing above my head and the grout in the shower needed a good clean. I would have liked to have had dinner in the restaurant but the only choice was either a 5 or 7 course tasting menu which is far too much food for me in the evening. No further options offered.

Positive: Fabulous room (Campion) very spacious with a private patio. Very comfortable furniture and huge bed. It was unusual to be able to watch the TV whilst in the bath, as there is a TV recessed in the wall, also plenty of wardrobe space. I would recommend this room.
Negative: There was nothing to dislike about this hotel. It rocks every box.
Summary: A wonderful 4 night luxury break. Will return.

Positive: The breakfast was delicious - the room was amazing, so big with outside terrace to sit in. Much better than we expected
Negative: Perhaps more bottled water in the fridge, - only enough for one small cup of tea each!
