Positive: Conveniently located off the grand canal; 2 mins walk to Rialto market and bridge ; 16mins to S Marks; many restaurants nearby. Host was extremely helpful to allow late check out, arrange (and rearrange) water taxi

Positive: Beautiful, clean property and great location! Laura was friendly and helpful.

Negative: 1. There is only one king bed in one bedroom though website listed king beds in bedroom 1 and 2. It worked out as we only had one child, but we easily could have had two kids with us. 2. Also, the only TV is in a bedroom and not in living room.

Positive: location perfect, very well designed space and furniture, being a tea fan, appreciated the fine porcelain tea cups.

Negative: there was unfinished building in upper floor and the entrance to the building. when it is over and dead plants behind in the courtyard removed it will be an exquisite place. one of the beds could be more comfortable

Summary: the host, the decoration the position on the grande canal was lovely. all in all we enjoyed our time

Positive: Location, the apartment was spacious located directly on the canal near the rialto bridge, ecuipped with everything one needs , the host was helpful in arranging transportation from and to the airport and responds quickly to inquiries he also provided us with a list of restaurants .
