Positive: - Close to the overground station - Decent size for one or two people. - Lovely bathroom - Comfortable & clean bed

Negative: - Cleanliness was not where I expected it to be, stains on the sofa, behind items of furniture were not cleaned and quite dusty. - Towels were wet when I arrived at 7pm. - Only enough dishes for 1 person. - No space to unpack clothes. - A TV would be a good additional - No toilet paper provided. - Front door with a key code was always open - no code was needed as it didn’t actually lock which did make me feel unsafe as anyone could have gotten to the flat door from the street.

Summary: Fine stay but wouldn’t return.

Positive: I don’t know why there is so many bad reviews. I’m glad I didn’t listen and took the risk. The apartment is clean, very good value for money and in an amazing location. There was a beautiful big balcony too which was a nice surprise. I had an issue on check in which the owner responded in a matter of minutes and dealt with the situation which was 100% my fault. I would definitely stay here again.

Negative: The only thing I would suggest is maybe having a later check out time as 10am feels a bit early. Most places tend to have 11/12 as a check out time. Another thing is putting a tv in the room and installing some WiFi as the signal is a bit hit and miss apart from that everything was perfect.
