Positive: A little gem. The staff are amazing. Bed so comfortable. Room and bathroom spotless. The breakfast served by the lovely Rosalie. Huge choice. Just a wonderful stay and experience overall. I will be returning.

Negative: Ramp on entry and exit to car park bit steep... catches the car bumper. Needs a bit of levelling out only.

Negative: Understandably as it's a listed building, the windows aren't modern so street noise is an issue. Just bring earplugs.

Positive: Friendly welcome/greeting from front desk. Convenient off-street parking, friendly staff. Nice location and walkable though park etc to centre. Tasty breakfast.

Negative: A bit cramped for tall persons in the breakfast room, so best picking eating time when few others in. However recognised that it is a limitation of the townhouse design

Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comforatable. The price and location were great. I would stay here again.

Negative: The hash browns for the breakfast were not great. The potato didn't taste fresh. The toilet in room 23 had a slight smell, which could be noticed when the ensuite door was opened.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming – they really made me feel at home. The location is convenient, and everything was handled with care and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dublin and would happily stay here again.
