Positive: + Swimming pool + Spacious rooms + Kettle but only in the family room

Negative: - Poor water pressure in the shower - Not perfectly clean. Nothing really gross, but some items in the room had dust on it (e.g. the kettle tray) - No gym which would not be mentioned as a disadvantage (many hotels do not have gyms), unless there would be no pool. Having a gym is incomparably easier and cheaper than a pool, so that's weird that they don't have it. - Breakfast was not bad at all, it would be a great buffet in France, Italy or Germany, but Scandinavian standards are higher. In general, there is not much choice in Mora, and this hotel is a pretty decent one. So feel free to select it, nothing really bad about it, just don’t expect much :) And having a pool is great anyway.

Positive: I enjoyed the breakfast and the central location. Also, the bar and restaurant held a charm from a bygone era. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Negative: The spa aea was full felt unclean. I recommend bringing your own water bottle, an extra towel and flipflops. Otherwise a bathrobe and slippers would cost $15 to rent. The mattress caved towards the center and the pillows seem more tired than I was. That said, the accommodation was reasonably priced for New Years.

Positive: Breakfast and pool were good. Location is great, walking distance from everything.

Negative: The rooms are not soundproof. We couldn’t sleep at night because of people talking or running in the corridor. The staffs are not friendly at all. The first thing the lady at checkin told us is that we have to keep our kids on the table during breakfast the next morning because it’s going to be crowded and she doesn’t want them to run around.

Summary: I wouldn’t recommend it because of the noises and the unfriendly employees
