Positive: Clean and comfortable for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids). Great kitchen, sofa and tv! Good storage. Comfy beds, quiet and dark. Location is great. You have good views from the balcony and also from the master bedroom. You can walk to the Maiskogel and Tauren Spa.

Negative: We liked everything, so if we are being very critical, a little more crockery and cutlery would be useful, although plenty of dishwasher tablets were provided. Would be great to add a small sink in the toilet (toilet is separate to the bathroom).

Summary: We will stay again in this great apartment. Communication was easy and pleasant. Thanks Marie.

Positive: The apartement is new, very cozy and comfortable. It is even biger that on booking photos. Has all that is needed. Quite, overlooking ski slopes. There is a river runung just below the bedroom window, but when you close it, no noices from the outside. Perfect for families. Host is just excelent and was very helpful. I am sure we will be coming back.

Positive: The apartment is well located close to the Maiskogel lift, on the edge of town. It's a short walk to the Baumbar, Schneiderai, Palettis and the Pavilion. Close to the Spar supermarket, and with an excellent Siemens kitchen, it's easy to shop and cook if you want a quieter night in. As well as being close to the ski bus stop if you have a car it's easy to drive to the Kitzsteinhorn lifts, or head to the Ariat Express in Zell am Zee. The lounge, Internet, and TV are excellent to relax after a big day on the hill. And Marie who looks after the apartment is lovely, and a great host.

Negative: It was excellent, no complaints at all.
