Positive: Lovely setting, nice deal with some breakfast included and lovely big clean room with very comfy bed

Negative: Only complaint is that the walls are rather thin and I got woken up by people snoring next door. There was only two rooms with people in, really no need to have us next to each other!

Positive: Room was large and pleasant. Good if you're just passing through and don't want to go into Armidale itself. Lady at reception was lovely and offered a free bit of homebaked slice to take to the room. Bed was comfortable.

Negative: I arrived well after dark (time advised). I would have liked to get to the room with blinds closed and some lights on. The outside lights aren't very good and the parking where my room was, was awkward. There's a screen door, but you can't lock it? Motel is hard to see from the road at night, and not much lighting along the laneway to the reception. Room was very cold on arrival.
