Positive: We loved the pool and garden area and having more space than staying in a hotel. The villa was lovely and clean on arrival. Good quality furniture and towels. Gas bbq was very easy to use.The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery, utensils, pans and appliances etc. Comfortable beds. Being able to wash and dry our clothes when needed. Large walk in shower off the bedroom upstairs that was preferred by most of our party!

Negative: The location was a bit further out than we expected. You definitely need a car as taxis were really expensive. There were no noticeable restaurants in walking distance. The area looked fairly new so maybe there will be in the future. Apart from that we loved everything about it.

Summary: Beautiful villa and pool fully enjoyed by all of our family.

Positive: The villa is lovely Clean and comfortable Good size and plenty of room for 6 of us Private and quite Great BBQ, large patio area Close enough to Lidl (5 mins in car) North side of Adeje (a car is a must) Kids loved the pool and Astro turf area They played football and used the pool all day. We had a great time and would stay again

Negative: I found the pool cold (it definitely wasn’t heated to 26c) I couldn’t put our two year old in it, he was shivering. The photos also make it look bigger than it actually is Some of the plates and bowls have seen better days (some were chipped and full of scratches) for a luxury villa these should be changed. The bed frames are enormous with sharp pointed edges (left with bruises all over my legs from banging into them) 🙈As they are two big for the rooms and you have very little space to walk around the bedroom) The downstairs shower takes forever for the hot water to come through Pablo who we met for the keys etc speaks little English and we found it difficult to communicate with him Took us several calls and texts for him to understand that we were on our way.

Positive: The view!! It was warm in the cold outside. The amenities were good. We were able to keep warm. Loved the bird watching and quiet location. We really really loved the view. Easy to access bushwalks. Spacious and easy to spend time away from other people in the group if needed with the layout of the house.

Negative: * very little chopped firewood that fit in fireplace and axe to chop firewood was broken * Handle of the bbq is broken * The downstairs double room was super dusty and caused an allergic reaction in the people staying in the room * The light coming out from behind the locked door in the big double room upstairs caused some sleeplessness * Couches downstairs were super uncomfortable and hard to sit on. The couches upstairs were luxurious in comparison!! * No steak knives! * Lighting downstairs was not enough to sit at the dining table and enjoy tabletop games that we came out to play all weekend * Driveway is difficult to drive up with plants overgrown for a small-medium sedan.

Positive: Amazing views, log fire, great showers, electric blankets, comfy beds and lovely linen! Just a short walk to Rock Lookout for incredible sunset views.

Negative: The downstairs living area, kitchen and bedrooms could all do with an update, and better lighting would be good. It wouldn't take much to get it to the standard of the upstairs!

Negative: not warm enough and the smoke inside the room when opening the fire door , no where for it to go , no fans or vents etc. the driveway if you have a large car forget the driveway.

Summary: it was a beautiful place with stunning views which made a few little inconveniences almost non existent
