Summary: Walking into the hotel everything is beautiful. The location was super convenient for the concerts we were attending and had lots of places to grab a drink or bite to eat within walking distance. Every employee we met was helpful and pleasant. The few cons I have would be that ice machine on my floor didn’t work. The phones in my room and on my floor didn’t work so the only way for me to get ice was to track it down. We were told the rooftop bar opened at 4 pm but they didn’t have ice for at least 30 - 40 minutes after 4 so we couldn’t order drinks. Being on the 7th floor you can hear everything going on in the bars above you. And lastly the worst offense of them all was how dirty our bathroom was. The walls clearly hadn’t been wiped down in quite some time as there 3 different spots of what I assume are period blood on the walls. Overall I think I would stay here again just would lower my expectations of what I am expecting to get.

Summary: Great location to the Loop, Forest Park, entertainment and great restaurants. A fun boutique hotel which is quiet and comfortable, great breakfast and a fun bar on the top floor. We will return.

Summary: From check in with Luna to dinner at the Eclipse to check out, we had an absolutely amazing time!! Every staff member was so super friendly I felt like we had some interaction with everyone there! Even though I don't remember everyone's names, they all were so super awesome! The hotel was more than I expected; beautiful, clean, great location, no problems with parking, we loved it! The beds were super comfortable too. Our room faced the parking lot which we were fine with as we could not only see our car but we also "people watched" from our window which at times was entertaining because people really don't know how to park some times! We also noted that there wasn't any garbage in that back parking lot, not even across the street in the metro and school parking which was very impressive. Very clean area! There were SO MANY restaurants to choose from and so many shops in the area. We did have dinner at the Eclipse which was amazing and the Moon Ball dessert was the best thing I've ever put in my mouth!! We also loved all the moon decor! The girls at the front desk were so awesome- everyone told my son happy birthday and we're so nice to my grandson (he was so happy with his tattoos thank you ladies!!) Luna also changed the stairs to green for my grandson (he put on his Buzz Light-year pjs and had me take pictures on the stairs!) We absolutely loved the rain shower too! It was so relaxing I never wanted to get out! Thank you everyone for an amazing stay!

Summary: The atmosphere for pets was amazing, they were allowed everywhere except the restaurant. There is so much to do around the property and close to metrolink stations, super easy to Busch Stadium. The room was great, even the bathroom was very clean, attention to details was top notch (needed a tip, forgot them, there were 2 in a kit in the bathroom).
