Positive: It was really clean and full of amenities needed for the stay, lovely decor and the hot tub is just a luxury and was lush to use, especially in the morning - amazing way to start the day. The park itself was lovely and so maintained. I can't find any fault with the lodge, park and after doing a lovely walk by the golf course, the pub was nice and staff friendly. Also to add, the box of chocolates and wine on arrival was an unexpected, but very welcomed, surprise! The owner of the lodge, Alan, was always on hand and checked in with us via text to make sure all was going well, really friendly and helpful guy! Myself and my partner want to return and soon!
