Summary: This house delivers on so many levels. The host was very communicative and helpful prior to our stay. When we arrived they were cleaning the pool, and he showed us how to use the gate. Every room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The appliances were so fancy, we didn't know how to operate the dishwasher. Come to find out we were setting the timer instead of the cycle. We had a group of ladies ranging in ages from 35 - 72 and they all agreed this will be our first choice of a home to rent if and when we return to Crystal Beach. The only complaint we had was we didn't rent it for a longer amount of time. Location is wonderful too, near the Big Store and a quiet neighborhood with Amazing Views even from the second row!

Summary: What a great property! There are often concerns over whether a property is going to match the photos, etc. This house was better than expected. The location was excellent in terms of access to the beach and the house felt bigger and more open than anticipated. We had 3 families with multiple sets of cousins and literally could have had twice as many people fit comfortably with all of the beds. The kitchen was amazing for fixing big meals and there was so much outdoor living space that multiple groups could gather and relax. If you happen to have a pet, the property was set up well with the entire grassed area fenced in. On top of all of that, the owner was responsive and communicative every step of the way. Questions were answered immediately and she was always available with any issue/question. I would stay here again in a heartbeat (and indeed, am already in the process of trying to book again next year).
