Summary: Beautiful rooms, awesome pools, actually delicious food, and good drinks. This place is fantastic. Just a couple things to keep in mind: - bring your own insulated drink cup and they’ll fill it for you! - BRING JET CLEANER for the tub in your room. Once you see what comes out you’ll be super glad you did - the Bugambilias buffet is actually phenomenal, and I say that as a crazy foodie

Summary: The Grand is a true 5-star all-inclusive experience. The rooms were spotless, the service was exceptional, and the dining options were outstanding. The kids’ activities were incredible—arcades, bowling, waterparks, endless pools, and live shows kept everyone entertained. The spa was absolutely magical and gave us the perfect place to relax while the kids had fun. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend The Grand for families, especially those with kids under 10.
