Positive: The overall facility/grounds was in excellent condition. The staff was friendly and all of them spoke English/Spanish competently. The food and food workers were the highlight of this facility. You can tell they take pride in what they do and genuinely cared if you enjoyed the food/service. The food room service was awesome as well.
Negative: My wife and I travel often, and what we care about most is getting time away from our day to day. We typically plan meticulously, but since this was last a minute trip, we decided to book excursions through hotel staff. Every time we inquired about activities, they would show us how we could save money by attending a 90-minute briefing. It was exhausting. "No, we are not interested". It was never enough. Even as we were leaving, after the front desk clerks couldn't even call us a taxi (we were told we had to Uber home) they were still trying to sell us a package.
