Positive: The resort was nice as resorts go. Nothing special. Lot of variety in food. Rooms were very spacious. Staff was helpful and polite.

Negative: Beach was horrible. Food was in abundance but nothing exceptional. The speciality restaurants were boring. The Pier 8 was baaaad. In spite of booking our 2 rooms together we were given rooms far apart from each other. They wasted 2 hours of our limited time with their ridiculous sales pitch. They were so tenacious, they just wouldn't let us go.

Positive: Great staff, very friendly and accommodating to solve issues in no time.

Negative: The beach is totally contaminated with algae and impossible to use, no effective cleaning is performed. Very pushy approach to upgrade to a higher class hotel, they do this at several occasions and with different teams, and to the very end making you waste time at busy leaving period trying to sell you a membership. This approach is annoying and diminish the overall feeling about the property.
