Positive: The owner/manager was friendly and very efficient and helpful. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The bed linens were very nice.The room was cozy and even had a small table with two chairs. The air conditioner was efficient and fairly quiet. The property is older, but everything except the bathroom floor was very clean.

Negative: This is an older property in a small farming community. Although it is dated, our room was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom floor was quite sticky and not as clean as the rest of the room. Other than that, we had no complaints.

Positive: It is exactly what I expected. Nostalgic, clean and quiet most of the time. It is pet friendly and near a small coffee/smoothie bakery.

Negative: The walls were pretty thin and we could hear our neighbors laughing, talking and their TV show. We couldn't hear the outside traffic but we could hear our neighbors.

Positive: I like that it was decently priced and close to the family we were visiting

Negative: The carpet was sticky which grossed me out and the beds/pillows were uncomfortable. The showers didn't have great water pressure, but it wasn't terrible and the air conditioner was very loud, but on the brightside it worked very well. The room didn't smell bad, but it definitely smelled a little mildewy. Overall it isn't a bad option when staying in meade and would stay again.
