Positive: 😍 Comfort bed and pillow and big size bedroom 😍 Big washroom with bidet and include mini washer+dryer 😍 Complete kitchenware including refrigerator, microwave, air fryer 😍 Location only 3min walk to bus stop. one bus to myeongdong and namdaemun and only 5min walk to sangwolgok train station line 6 😍 Big screen TV and projector in the room. Warm hall. 😍 Warm house with good heater and good water heater 😍 Hair dryer + straightener 😍 Many play games available 😍 Owner very cooperative and fast respond to question.

Negative: 😅 Sangwolgok Station no elevator so very difficult with big bags 😅 Step to the house may difficult for elderly but it's OK for us 😅 Only single layer door so I can feel the cold inside the house during - 15c 🥶.. But with ondol it's OK, only we don't like to on ondol. Owner provide air purifier also.
