Summary: Our experience with ‘Moongate villa’ was disappointing because on our 2nd day, some building works began next door which woke us up at 8.00am in the morning and the cement pouring and flattening machines started working. It’s no exaggeration to say that the whole of our building vibrated to the machines being used. As for the noise all of this created, it was horrendous! The owners of ‘Moongate villa’ agreed to give us 1 x night free of charge. Please confirm that you can refund us this back into my card by which I paid. Kind regards Sue Haugh

Summary: We went for 2 nights with our dog Millie , we love everything about the cottage, they kindly have a bed and bowls for her. It was fantastic stay, breakfast was fresh and delicious! And excellent service. Is a small paradise for relax and enjoy

Summary: We had the pleasure of staying at the moon gate villa in Kerikeri. On arrival there was a blackboard with our names welcoming us upon check in we were asked if we would like a nice glass of wine to start our holiday The room was clean and tidy and serviced daily nighttime our bed was turned down with chocolates left on our pillows Breakfast was great with the choice of a full cooked or continental . Our hosts Lionel and Rob were excellent I would highly recommend Moongate for your next vacation in Kerikeri

Summary: Moon Gate Villa is an absolutely stunning beautiful property. The tropical gardens and settings are amazing, we hired the cottage a beautiful little property, the cottage is dog friendly the place is absolutely immaculate, the owners really go over and above covering all amenities even a gorgeous wee dog bed and bowls. An amazing breakfast basket is included with gorgeous home made goodies. This property is beautiful with Lovely Tropical gardens, the location is right in the hard of keri keri only a 1 minute walk to the local farmers markets and Makana Chocolate Factory, and also keri keri Centre and the winery’s. We would highly recommend this place.
