Positive: Rooms were spacious, great hot water and comfy bed. The area was close to everything but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. Rooms were also sound proof. Darrin was very helpful, he recommended and booked us on a great hiking tour which I can highly recommend.

Positive: The rooms are really nice with soundproof wall and aircon (you need aircon). The bed is really comfortable. The owner is super friendly and helps you with information on the island.

Negative: For the price it would be nice to have in the room some things like shower gel etc. or instant coffee (there is a kettle and cups). Another advice: Bring USD...if you want to pay in Kip the exchange rate is not the best.

Positive: Darren is very helpful and welcoming. The guesthouse is in a great location, far enough away from Don Det village to be quiet, but not too far. Plenty of good restaurants nearby for dinner and breakfast, and it's an ideal place for sunset. Darren helped move my bags to the next place.

Positive: Darren is an excellent host, very helpful and available. Beautiful garden with mango tree. Great place to hang out and relax. Had all we needed in the room; limitless fresh drinking water, a stocked fridge, hot water, and good air conditioning. Highly recommend.

Positive: Darren was an excellent host, he helped us out a few times especially when we were leaving as our bus company had not organised any transport for us to get to the boat nor a boat to get back to Don Det. With him speaking Lao he organised it all for us & took us on his bike 1 by 1 to the boat ramp so that we could finally catch our bus to Siem Reap. Extremely helpful.
