Summary: Sheets have not been replaced in decades I'm thinking. They were thread bare! Bathtub was not properly cleaned Staff, when I could actually find one, would not help me modify my booking, so I ended up paying for 2 nights instead of just one. This use to be a nice place to stay, but now I wouldn't recommend.

Summary: All the electrial outlets in the room were loose, no matter what we plugged in, most of the time, they did not stay plugged in. Need more outlets for devices to be plugged in. You need to put in comfort height toilets. There was a board lose where the heater is. Breakfast was bland. ALso need grab bars in the shower.

Summary: Handicapped accessible parking could be closer to the door as well as handicapped accessible rooms not all the way down the hallway.

Summary: Staying 5 days and no one came in room and emptied the trash or changed the towels. I shouldn’t have to tell someone that I need towels or trash emptied

Summary: Nicely set up space for a comfortable stay with mini fridge/microwave, and sitting area. Quiet area in a small town, convenient to Scottsbluff National Monument.

Summary: We had a problem with the bathroom light but they switched us to another room without any hassle. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's not the fanciest motel but it's an excellent value for the money spent. I have stayed there a number of times and will do so again in the future!

Summary: it's a struggle to find someone to check you in during the early evening hours but evening staff is always friendly one you find them. rooms are clean. area is quiet.
