Your boat or jet ski dockage is included in the rental. Also provided are four complimentary beach passes to the Brick Township ocean beaches which are only 5 miles away. For genuine Jersey shore entertainment, spend an evening at the Point Pleasant Boardwalk, with games and attractions for the whole family along with many nearby seafood restaurants to choose from at dinner time.

Summary: The house is a 3-bedroom with a bonus upstairs room with a couple additional beds, on a quiet street right by a marina on a river. We loved the kayak and sailboat access, and the beach was an easy drive. Would recommend this house.

Summary: Great place for a family getaway - there are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, and a large loft upstairs that the teenager loved having to herself.

Summary: The house was cozy and clean. Mark was there when we reached there and even when we left. He had kept the house well-equipped with the stuff like dishwasher tablets, liquids etc. The marina was pretty close to walk to, would have been nice to have the view from the house. The online listing was confusing but when I called Mark he clarified that is 3 bedrooms and not 5 as stated on the site. Everything was close by. The stay was relaxing.
