Negative: Not having a perking space was a big pain. When I made the reservation thier should have been a warning about the parking situation and that it meant finding one on very already heavily parked strees.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Nicely decorated. Very close to the beach.

Negative: Maybe parking. Even though it was in August which is busy so, not to bad.

Summary: I proposed to my girlfriend during our stay. So, this will be a memorable and happy vacation.

Positive: Location was great! The place was perfect for two people. Love the private patio.

Negative: This unit does not have a parking space which was tricky at times finding spot on street. People in the front unit were noisy running up and down stairs. Perhaps use some type of air-freshener or other cleaning products. The smell of bleach was very strong the first couple of days. But, it was definitely clean!

Summary: Enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, cozy getaway and being so close to the beach.
