Positive: The room is spacious and extremely clean! Ive upgraded the room with only a few fillers and had more spacious room and bed! Breakfast had lots of options and the manure changes every day! Staff are soooo friendly and helpful, always have amazing considerations to the minor details! A true professional and always do beyond their job. The rooftop bath was fantastic with a view to the whole town.

Negative: The rooftop bath was available to women only for the weekend! During the week, it for men only. Should be available on alternative day!!

Positive: Location is a little out of the way but lots of close restaurants. There is also a pretty good shopping complex just behind the hotel that has other activities as well. There's only one elevator but it is very quick.

Negative: Everything was great but we received some inconsistent messaging regarding the room key cards. When we checked in, the staff told us that we should leave the key cards with them when we leave the hotel and pick them up when we get back. We tried to do this about an hour or two later but the staff at that time told us it was only required in the morning. In the morning we spoke to a different staff member and they didn't know anything about it but still accepted both of our key cards when we left. It was fine, but would have preferred a standard process.

Summary: A great place to stay but can be a little out of the way.

Positive: The location is good, close to the cherry blossoms parks. The room was clean and the breakfast was good value for money.

Positive: 1. Good value 2. Helpful and pleasant staff 3. Fairly clean 4. Free bottled water 5. Working airconditioner

Negative: 1. Teeny tiny rooms 2. The curtains let light in early in the morning 3. Soft mattresses 4. Mixer tap in sink did not mix the water well so that you can actually feel the stream of water coming out cold on one side and hot. Very uncomfortable. 5. Very very tiny bathroom. No hand grab rail to assist coming out of bath tub where you have to shower in. Non slip srea of bath tub is not located logically where one would stand to get out of bath tub. Danger of slipping. 6. Room is not very bright
