Positive: The property was conveniently located near a lot of restaurants and shopping. It had big windows that let in lots of sunshine and plenty of extra pillows and mattress toppers!

Negative: We were up there to work a music festival so we really didn’t get to enjoy any down time, but that’s on us, not the property.

Positive: I liked the open floor plan, the location itself was really nice. It was for the most part clean. They give you soaps which is nice, not just for yourself but to do laundry. The furniture was decent and relatively comfortable. TV was easy to use. There are definitely a few things I’d suggest working on to make it even better! It wasn’t a bad place to stay.

Negative: There was a few things that I think could be improved. The full mattress on the bunk beds isn’t even a mattress it’s just foam pieces put together. The two that slept in there said that they were basically sleeping on the bars of the bed frame. the latter to the top bunk also didn’t feel very stable. The curtains in the kitchen were stained and a lot of the curtains were falling down because of cheap curtain rods not being able to support them. The ad shows 3 showers, one I noticed is currently broken. We also could not use the kitchen because of ants polluting the counter and the wall. The owner did eventually put ant traps out the night before we were to leave, just not in the spot where the ants were. The water dispenser on the fridge needed cleaned better. The closets were filled with foam pieces for the full sized bottom bunk and the other was filled with extra bedding. They weren’t neatly placed or folded, just thrown in there. The walls also count use a good cleaning as I noticed a lot of dirt spots on the walls, including the bathroom which had foot prints in front of the toilet on the wall (Jack & Jill bathroom).

Summary: The stay was nice but definitely could’ve been a bit better. Nice location that felt safe and secure.
