Positive: A bit more warmth and cheerfulness from the staff would really make a difference—especially since most guests are on vacation and staying in a more intimate setting like this. The overall atmosphere plays a big role. That said, the view, the room, and the location are excellent! I also think the breakfast could be improved to better match the quality of the rest of the experience.

Positive: The room was clean and cosy. Beautiful view on the lake during breakfast. Great location

Negative: In the night we had issues with air condition and it was not possibile to open windows, only ventilation worked. It was very hot in the room and hard to sleep. The windows front onto the pavement so the curtains need to be down all the time, otherwise people passing by can see everything inside. Savoury breakfast was quite poor (only toast bread, cheese and ham). Maybe I wouldn't complain if it was a cheap hotel but in that case not worth the money.
