Positive: The location is perfect, close to the train station and the city center. The apartment is clean and tidy, and the stay was pretty comfortable.

Negative: The only thing I would improve is the shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom. I may have been a bit spoiled by my stays at other places and expected it to be provided. Other than that, everything was good.

Positive: The room itself was clean, styled in a rather minimalistic, modern manner, furnished with a fully functional kitchen area and a nicely lit bathroom. Floor heating was also a plus. I really liked the host, customer service was top notch (a welcoming email and a phone call to inform that the room was ready).

Negative: The building in which this property is located is very old and shabby. Quite a contrast with the modern and shiny property itself. My room had quite a depressing view of the inside court, which was drab and embellished with pigeon excrement. I would choose one with a street view next time. The room was really nice, but rather small. I wish there was an additional pillow, a blanket or some sort of a cover up for the bed. Having a fridge was useful, but it could got quite noisy during the night.

Summary: Nice modern room, conveniently located, with all the amenities required. Excellent contact with the host.
